Il est obligatoire pour un architecte de tenir compte de son environnement. Au-delà de sa réflexion, sa vocation en est liée. Le monde actuel pâtit des erreurs écologiques du passé, il est temps d'y remédier. Pour cela Hervé Tordjman a voulu intégrer ce paramètre comme élément indispensable de sa recherche. Pour nous, La Qualité environnementale des bâtiments consiste à maîtriser les impacts des bâtiments sur l'environnement extérieur et à créer un environnement intérieur sain et confortable. Il s'agit d'une réponse opérationnelle à la nécessité d'intégrer les critères du développement durable dans l'activité du bâtiment. Cette qualité environnementale a pour objectifs la qualité de vie de l'occupant et la protection de notre environnement. La qualité environnementale suppose une prise en compte de l'environnement à toutes les étapes de l'élaboration et de la vie des bâtiments : programmation, conception, construction, (gestion, utilisation), démolition…
Notre approche s'articule autour de 14 Cibles structurées en 4 Catégories : Eco-Construction - Eco-Gestion - Confort – Santé
An architect has to take his environment into account. Beyond his reflexion, his vocation is totally linked to it. The actual world is suffering from past environmental errors, and it is time to counteract this environmental degradation. In order to do this, Hervé Tordjman wished to intergate this essential parameter in his researches. For us, the environmental quality of a building means the control of the environmental impact of a building and the creation of a sane and comfortable interior environment. It is an operational answer to the necessity to integrate the parameters of sustainable development in the building's activities.
This environmental quality aims at improving the quality of life of the users, and the protection of our environment. To achieve environmental quality necessitates to take it in consideration at all phases of a project: programme, concept, construction, building management and maintenance, demolition ...
Our approach is articulated around 14 objectives structures in 4 categories: Eco-Construction - Eco-Management - Comfort - Health.
