Tout projet est basé sur un programme, qui peut se traduire par une phrase unique ou une description détaillée des besoins opérationnels, dimensionnels, esthétiques et techniques: la programmation architecturale.
Hervé Tordjman Creations, intègre un service de programmation architectural dès le commencement de chaque projet. Nos ingénieurs spécialistes analysent les programmes fournis par les clients et, en concertation avec le client et les futurs utilisateurs, établissent un programme architectural détaillé qui, après validation, devient un document de référence pour tous les acteurs du projet. Le programme architectural permet au client de s'assurer du "contenu fonctionnel" du projet, à l'architecte d'intégrer toutes les fonctionnalités dans son concept et au bureau d'études de formuler les solutions techniques appropriées. Le programme permet également de s'assurer de la prise en compte de toutes les normes et réglementations requises à la conception de chaque bâtiment.

Our specialized engineers analyse the briefs provided by the clients, and in concertation with them or the future users, they establish a detailed architectural programme, which, once validated, becomes a reference document for all the actors of the project. The architectural programme allows the client to check for the functional content of the project, it allows the architect to integrate all the functionalities in his concept, and it allows the engineering consultants to provide the appropriate technical solutions. The programme allows to guarantee the consideration of norms and regulations requested for each building.
